22 Dec 16 DA lodged for 147 apartments in Moorebank

Our Development Application for a new apartment building in Moorebank was lodged with Liverpool Council today. The project consists of a seven storey building fronting Nuwarra Road and a six storey building fronting Lucas Street, with basement parking off Lucas Street. The project has been carefully designed to work within building envelopes and the requirements of the Apartment Design Guide. The project features 50% of the apartments as ‘affordable’ and 10% of the apartments as ‘adaptable’.
