25 Jul 16 Four new specialist disability accommodation projects commencing construction

These houses to be constructed for a Non-Government Organisation (NGO) are ideally suited for the provision of housing for participants of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Each house has been designed to comply with Liveable Housing Australia (LHA) Platinum Level design standards through the inclusion of numerous enhanced access features. The homes also contain a wide range specialist design features that allow the houses to operate in different configurations to suit a wide range of occupant requirements and levels of independence.
